"We were in the early stages of building our startup and in urgent need of engineers to build our product when I had a conversation with Tyrone (DevIppo) who mentioned that he had built up a network of talented developers in Tokyo. Soon after we spoke over the phone about the challenges we were facing and the specific skills we needed — a back-end developer with experience in Go (Golang) and an iOS developer. He quickly reached out to his network and found several suitable developers, both within and outside Japan. He also assisted in organizing the online meetings, setting the agenda, and guiding the discussions. Thanks to his efforts, we now have an iOS developer and a server-side developer, who are a great fit for our company and core members of the development. Our expectation was that it would take months to find, contract and onboard competent engineers, but in this case we had onboarded the developers within 6 weeks of first contacting Tyrone. Much faster, and of course, much cheaper than using standard recruitment sites or agencies."
